These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Neighbors Trust website, quote forms, and any communication you start with us through the site. "Neighbors Trust," "we," "us," and "our" refer to our agency. "You" refers to anyone who visits the site or submits information through it.
By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
Neighbors Trust is an independent insurance agency based in Portland, Oregon. We represent multiple insurance companies and help you compare and buy coverage from them. We do not issue insurance policies ourselves. Every policy is issued and backed by the insurance company named on it.
Life insurance is offered in all 50 states. Home, auto, and business insurance are offered in Oregon and in other states only where we hold the required licenses.
Quotes and coverage
Quotes, estimates, and rates shown on this site or given in a conversation are based on the information you provide and the insurer's guidelines at that time. They are not offers of coverage and may change after the insurer reviews your application, driving record, claims history, health information, or property details.
Submitting a form does not start coverage. Coverage begins only when an insurer accepts your application and we or the insurer confirm it in writing. Please don't cancel an existing policy until your new coverage is confirmed.
Your coverage is governed entirely by the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the policy you buy. If anything on this site differs from your policy, the policy controls.
Consent to contact you
When you submit your phone number or email address, you agree that Neighbors Trust may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request, your quote, and your policies.
- Calls or texts that use automated technology or prerecorded messages will be sent only if you have given the separate consent the law requires.
- Your consent to be contacted is not a condition of buying any product.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us by phone or email.
We do not sell your contact information to lead buyers or marketing companies.
